Job Details
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large, complex projects related to Educational Facilities, Public Works, and Commercial Construction projects
- Implementing project plans and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
- Managing a team of professionals and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Overseeing the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Identifying and managing project risks and issues, and devising contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal team members.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Conducting project reviews and creating detailed reports for executive staff.
- Ensuring projects meet industry regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with ideally 5+ years supporting Educational Facilities & Public Works Projects
- Proven experience in Construction Management, managing Subcontractors, overseeing projects related to Educational Facilities, and Public Works.
- Bachelors Degree required (Must possess CCM or obtain a valid CCM within 1 year of employment)
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience in risk management.
- Strong financial and budgeting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
