The brand is synonymous across the world for luxury and has a truly global reach. We are looking to identify an exceptional Senior Project Manager to oversee some of their upcoming projects. Responsibilities: Oversee global projects and coordinate and build strong relationship with landlords and or local contacts High attention to detail for luxury and large-scale retail projects Build the consultant team base as required through RFP and tender process and ensure proper integration with landlords consultant teams Coordinate Design Managers on shop drawing review from contractors and consultant teams Oversee cost control and build a close working relationship with QS' & procurement teams Be able to communicate within an international organisation, managing various stakeholders Requirement: Degree qualified in architecture, engineering or project management luxury retail, fashion or shopping mall experience Have demonstrated track record performing from the client side Minimum 7 years’ experience within the field of Architecture or Project Management Design and Construction sense and ability to read complex architectural and services drawings Experience in managing cost control and tendering processes Good management skills, able to lead a large global team of consultants Please email your CV’s in Word format to [email protected].
