Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in scaffolding and insulation, with an emphasis on overseeing large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience and be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and close-out. This role requires a deep understanding of industrial projects, with the ability to manage budgets, teams, safety protocols, and client relationships. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving successful project outcomes while maintaining a high level of quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Initiation: Develop detailed project plans including scopes of work, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management for both scaffolding and insulation projects.
  • Project Execution & Leadership: Lead project teams, including internal staff and subcontractors, to ensure projects are executed efficiently and according to specifications. Continuously monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
  • Budget & P&L Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability. Prepare financial reports, monitor P&L statements, and ensure projects are delivered within financial targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure all work meets company and industry standards for quality. Oversee safety compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and other relevant regulations, ensuring safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or cost overruns. Proactively solve problems to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Project Close-Out: Ensure all project deliverables are completed, documentation is in order, and the project is closed out to the client's satisfaction. Handle final billing and post-project evaluations.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal departments, external contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Lead regular project meetings to ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and any changes.
  • Office & Field Presence: Split time between the field and the office, providing hands-on leadership at job sites when necessary and supporting planning and collaboration efforts in the office.
