We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a dynamic team working on major infrastructure and development projects across the Mediterranean. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Malta, with relocation support available through local partners.

You’ll oversee the full project lifecycle, manage multidisciplinary teams and consultants, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related
• At least 10 years of experience in project management for large-scale infrastructure or civil projects
• Proven track record managing projects over €10 million
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and risk management skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Clean and valid international driving license
• Licensed to practice (or eligible) in your home country or the EU

• Experience with marine/coastal infrastructure
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
• Background working with FIDIC contracts
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
• Experience working in multicultural teams or on international projects
