ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES{​{:}}

 The Senior Project Manager role is responsible for leading teams to deliver software implementation projects which includes managing resources, schedules, financials, project KPI's, issues, risks, quality assurance of deliverables and client relationships ensuring on-time, on budget successful project delivery. Additionally, the Implementation Manager is responsible for contributing to on-going process improvement initiatives. Ability to travel average 25% or as needed.  The Implementation Manager will join our Professional Services team to own all aspects of project delivery. They will demonstrate natural leadership skills and be expected to complete multi-phase client deliverables with minimal guidance and oversight.

• y Oversee the timely delivery of all projects, ensuring they remain within scope and within budge

• e Manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost

• s Prepare reports and present to senior management as neede

• d Maintain relations with the client and all stakeholder

• s Analyze and manage risks in order to minimize negative effect on a projec

• t Organize and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of project

• s Prepare and review comprehensive project documentatio

• n Draft mockups, diagrams, draft requirements, and actively participate in system configuratio

• n Serve as the subject matter expert and provide necessary training to client throughout the lifecycle of the projec

• t Support the pre-sales team in the closing phase of client acquisitio
