What you’ll do

• Lead high-impact projects: Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring successful delivery of innovative generative AI products.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Collaborate closely with AI engineers, data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to translate complex AI technologies into effective user experiences.
• Strategize and plan: Develop clear project roadmaps, manage timelines, and handle resource allocation effectively to align with strategic goals.
• Drive agentic workflows: Oversee projects involving autonomous, agent-driven workflows that enable AI systems to make contextual decisions and respond intelligently.
• Research-driven approach: Lead and coordinate research efforts to explore new AI techniques and enhance the capabilities of agentic workflows.
• Bridge technology and business: Understand technical complexities and communicate clearly between technical teams, stakeholders, and business partners.
• Drive continuous improvement: Evaluate project outcomes, optimize processes, and implement best practices for delivering generative AI solutions efficiently.

What you bring

• Proven project management expertise: Extensive experience (5+ years) managing complex software projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
• AI expertise: Hands on experience working with AI technologies (RAG, agentic workflows or any AI-driven decision-making technology is a plus).
• Expertise in AI tooling: Experience or familiarity with LangChain, CrewAI, and vector databases (e.g., Weaviate, Pinecone) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills: Strong ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills: Ability to quickly grasp and solve complex problems, ensuring successful project outcomes.
