As a Senior Project Manager, you will…

• Lead high-level strategy sessions and workshops, influencing how investors, developers, and asset managers approach their projects.
• Leverage your industry network to drive new business, forge strong partnerships, and introduce clients to a new way of working.
• Redefine leasing, investment, and development strategies, ensuring projects are commercially optimised and future-proofed.
• Integrate market insights, financial modelling, and technology to create faster, more efficient, and more profitable decision-making processes.
• Work closely with top-tier agents, developers, and stakeholders, ensuring that projects are aligned with market demands and investor expectations.
