We’re looking for a technically skilled Senior Project Manager to support Discovery and pre-sales activities on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate has a background in software development and can confidently interact with both developers and technically proficient clients. Strong domain knowledge in AI, Web3, fintech, or e-commerce is a significant advantage.

Important point: this vacancy implies freelance (on demand) cooperation.

What you have to deal with

• Lead Discovery phases and define MVP scope, features, and architecture;
• Translate business needs into structured, technical documentation;
• Collaborate with developers to validate feasibility and prepare estimates;
• Present solutions and proposals to clients during pre-sales;
• Ensure clear, structured communication between business and tech teams.
  
  

What we expect from you

• At least 5 years of PM experience in IT outsourcing or consulting projects;
• Prior hands-on experience in software development (you understand code and systems);
• Ability to effectively communicate with developers and technical stakeholders;
• Understanding of Web3, blockchain, and DApp fundamentals;
• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and fintech/e-commerce platforms;
• Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher level of English (spoken & written);
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, PRINCE2) are a plus.
