We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to be based in the Washington-DC Area with vast experience overseeing design-build Data Center construction projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or equivalent in a Construction or Engineering related degree.
• 7+ years of experience managing design-build construction projects for a General Contractor or Specialty Contractor.
• Experience overseeing Mission Critical projects.
• Proven experience managing projects from inception through completion.
• Ability to manage large-scale projects valued over $50 Million.
• Ability to work on-site.
