Location: Dallas, Texas

Salary: $140,000–$155,000 + Benefits

A respected and faith-based General Contractor with over 30 years of experience in commercial design/build projects across Texas is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their leadership team in Dallas. With a strong reputation for integrity, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction, this growing firm offers the perfect opportunity for a senior-level leader looking to have a real impact.

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee multiple commercial projects simultaneously, typically 4–6 at a time, and lead a team of 4 Project/Construction Managers. You'll play a pivotal role in guiding project delivery from preconstruction through closeout while driving operational efficiency, team development, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution and delivery of commercial projects valued from $2M–$10M
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality control across all active jobs
  • Proactively identify project risks and resolve issues before they escalate
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members
  • Conduct weekly look-ahead meetings, jobsite walkthroughs, and team check-ins
  • Review and approve pay applications, staffing plans, and job schedules monthly
  • Provide weekly one-on-ones with direct reports to coach and develop talent
  • Contribute to quarterly strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including at least 3 in a senior leadership role
  • Deep knowledge of commercial building systems, codes, and construction methods
  • Strong leadership and mentoring ability; capable of driving results through others
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Bluebeam, Raken, and other industry-standard tools
  • OSHA 10 Certification and a valid Texas driver’s license (GC License is a plus)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset
