Senior Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee various construction projects within the retail, commercial, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in design-build project management and will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and clients.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and financial records.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing retail, commercial, and industrial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of design-build processes and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
