Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive the implementation of complex business systems across their operations. This is a high-impact role for a proven leader who can navigate large-scale digital transformation projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of complex business systems, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage project scope, budgets, and timelines while coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT, operations, and senior leadership, to ensure seamless adoption.
• Identify risks, mitigate challenges, and drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience in project management within manufacturing or a related industry.
• Proven track record in implementing ERP, MES, or other complex business systems.

• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
