We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects across the commercial, multifamily, institutional, and industrial sectors. Based in Charleston, this role is responsible for managing complex builds, overseeing project teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring exceptional execution on high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall project delivery for jobs ranging from $25M–$100M+, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are met
• Oversee and mentor project teams including APMs, Superintendents, and field staff
• Coordinate with preconstruction, design, and ownership teams to align construction strategy with project goals
• Manage contracts, financial reporting, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
• Serve as the primary client liaison, driving communication and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

• 8–12+ years of experience managing construction projects with a general contractor
• Successful track record of delivering ground-up or complex renovation projects in multiple sectors
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and financial management skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
