We are looking for a Senior Project Manager working 100% in CET timezone for the Shop Floor Serialization project (LTTS : Long-term serialization project). The project is related to shop floor track and trace and deals with the replacement of the current vendor (and technology). The project is in a phase where a pilot with the new vendor and technology is being executed at the Hillsboro HTO facility. The core team is based in Switzerland. The project team is very experienced, so the project manager should help provide guidance and focus (not control). Candidates should have strong stakeholder management and communication skills and experience with projects in Manufacturing IT.
Your tasks
Lead and coordinate the execution of the pilot and subsequent rollout phases of the serialization project
Provide strategic direction and focus to an experienced, international project team
Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders across regions (Switzerland, USA)
Ensure project alignment with global Manufacturing IT strategies and standards
Identify risks, foresee potential issues, and implement effective mitigation plans
Oversee the integration of the new serialization solution into existing shop floor operations
Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with technical and business teams
Drive stakeholder engagement and support change management activities
Foster communication and collaboration across virtual, distributed teams
Report on project status, milestones, and progress to senior leadership
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects of local/global scope, in multicultural, international environments (medium to large projects)
Very good knowledge of Project Management methodologies, both waterfall and agile (PMP or PRINCE2 practitioner certification)
Good understanding of Program and Portfolio management
English C1/ C2 level
MA/Eng. in Information Technology, Business, or relevant experience
Experience in working with virtual/dispersed project/service teams
Familiarity with the Release Management process and good practices on the IT service delivery market, such as ITIL
Proficiency in HPSM/SNOW and Jira tools
Communication skills and skills to cooperate inside a global organization
Ability to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions
Readiness to travel, depending on project/service needs
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
