We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team, overseeing projects related to airline and road transportation. You will be part of a DevOps team, managing the full lifecycle of numerous applications, microservices, APIs, and integration flows.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage projects of various sizes and complexity through all stages.

Agile (for new projects) & Waterfall (for legacy projects).

You will act as Scrum Master, leading daily standups, sprint planning, demos and facilitate Agile ceremonies as needed.

• You will ensure successful definition, documentation, and completion of complex projects.
• You will track project goals, timeline, scope, and quality.
• You will manage resources, risks, and release coordination.
• You will maintain project documentation (tickets, plans, meetings).
  
  
  

Collaboration & Planning

• You will gather insights for high-level estimations and develop project/product roadmaps and detailed planning.
• You will manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and align communication plans with customers & product stakeholders.
• You will keep leadership informed without excessive updates
• You will handle high-pressure situations diplomatically.

You have the following skills

Project Management & IT Expertise

• You have 3+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• You have a strong understanding of IT development and experience in an IT organization.
• You have the ability to manage multiple development projects simultaneously while tracking operational phases.
• You have experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, CPM, and PMBOK methodologies, with the ability to select the best approach per project.
• You have deep expertise in Agile principles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach).
  
  
  

Technical & Reporting Skills

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Atlassian Suite (Jira & Confluence), and ServiceNow.
• You have strong reporting skills, including dashboard creation and milestone tracking.
• You have experience with project planning in fast-changing environments, including budgeting and resource management.
  
  
  

Soft Skills & Leadership

• You have the proven ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-functional environment.
• You have a customer and end-user focused mindset.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You have demonstrated leadership skills to motivate teams and drive deliverables.
• You have a strong analytical mindset, identifying information gaps and finding solutions.

• You will have a background in software development.
• You will have experience with MS Project or other Gantt software.
