Our client, a leading innovator in engineering and technology solutions, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team. Renowned for delivering high-quality, sustainable products, they are committed to exceeding customer expectations.

In this role, you will spearhead critical projects, driving success from concept to market. You will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Lead and manage project deliverables in alignment with the stage-gate development process, ensuring efficient milestone achievement
• Track and report project progress, costs, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders with clear and accurate communication
• Ensure timely delivery of high-margin, high-quality, robust, and sustainable products that meet or exceed customer and business expectations

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations teams to facilitate smooth product launches and transitions to routine shipping
• Partner with engineering teams to align on project goals and maintain momentum

Process Improvement & Leadership

• Identify and drive opportunities for continuous process improvement, potentially leading the development of new tools and processes
• Mentor and guide less experienced project managers, serving as a role model within the team

The Person/Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading complex projects and managing cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Strong skills in tracking and reporting project progress, costs, and risks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities to foster collaboration across departments
• Experience in process improvement and mentoring others
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Relevant project management qualifications or equivalent experience
• Adaptable, innovative, and committed to driving project success
