Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and business goals
• Lead, motivate, and guide project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed-upon timelines and budgets
• Identify project risks and develop strategies to manage and mitigate them effectively
• Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders to ensure transparent progress updates and issue resolution
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency
• Prepare project status reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully managing large and complex projects
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
