Responsibilities: Responsible for the project from inception to handover including overall project planning, design development, review of drawings, construction, monitoring progress & Government submissions Coordination with consultants and contractors to ensure the project to be completed on time with quality outputs Requirements: Degree in Architecture / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering / Surveying or related disciplines Member of HKIA, HKIE, CIBSE, HKIS, RICS or equivalent 10 years experience in handling HK residential and commercial projects Solid experience in managing luxury residential projects will be an advantage Able to manage consultant teams independently on Government submission and approvals in a timely manner Hands-on managing from design stage to construction stages Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin For more information please contact Ms. Lo at 3188 3071.
