Description
Lead planning and execution of key application upgrades (Salesforce, mobile, web)
Manage external vendors and SI partners through delivery
Ensure governance, timelines, and budgets are maintained
Drive successful go-lives and post-implementation support handovers
Engage internal business teams to define and prioritise requirements
Coordinate across technical and product teams for integration and testing
Manage reporting, risks, and cross-project dependencies
Profile
Strong background in enterprise application upgrades or digital delivery
6+ years working as a PM
Experience with Salesforce, mobile platforms, and website development
Strong vendor and partner engagement skills
Proven track record in leading complex technology projects
Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
Agile and/or hybrid delivery model experience a plus
