In our Development & Engineering (D&E) department you will be contributing to solving complex challenges in the semiconductor industry. You will be working on the most important components in the wafer tables and be contributing to the scanner's performance. The team ensures that our lithography systems function perfectly. Your tasks

As Senior Project Lead: D&E IT Integration, you:

• Are responsible for implementation of the necessary engineering (D&E) IT tools.
• Coordinate between all relevant functions and stakeholders in Berlin and Veldhoven as well as other sectors.
• Ensure the coordination and completion of the implementation process in accordance with the methodology for Non-PGP-ASML projects and the IT Step-Up Architecture.
• Specify and manage the interfaces between business processes and IT tools in order to ensure that solutions are planned and provided within the agreed budget or TAP range.
• Are the point of contact for various stakeholders, and you ensure close cooperation with the IT teams in Veldhoven, Berlin, and D&E.
• Consider all important aspects of data protection, and you manage/administer troubleshooting measures in order to satisfy all relevant security requirements.
• Ensure the suitability of new Berliner IT tools with respect to the global ASML IT Roadmap and in accordance with the IT Step-Up Architecture.
• Are responsible for integrating D&E Berlin into the ASML MDEV Design Foundation as well as for determining the best practices for D&E Berlin.
• Prepare and coordinate the Target Annual Planning 2026/2027 process in consideration of Berlin-specific requirements for the D&E portfolio.
• Provide regular reports on the progress of your project(s) to your respective boards/committees and to the senior management in Berlin and Veldhoven.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• You hold a degree in engineering or natural sciences or an equivalent qualification.
• You have extensive experience with managing larger projects for the high-tech sector with a focus on IT-integration.
• You have extensive experience with using IT tools in relation to project development /engineering for example CAD Tools, PLM, SAP, Enterprise Architekt.
• You have extensive project management knowledge and experience in process implementation and change management.
• You have experience in communicating with and reporting up to the senior management level.
• You are proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
