Job Purpose:

The Senior Project Engineer is responsible to ensure that all projects are running smoothly and efficiently in accordance with organization’s goals and standard. He is requested to encompass regular inspections, documentation, compliance assurance and quality control.

Job Description:

• Scope Preparation
• To prepare Scope of works based on budget availability and site condition, considering efficient solutions.
• Tender process management
• To manage Tender publishing, technical and commercial evaluations, project awarding, and invoicing..
• Project management and follow up with contractors
• To ensure project is within the agreed timeframe and no delays impact the delivery.
• Quality control
• To implement quality control measures ensuring compliance with standards.
• Preparation of progressive, snag, and final reports
• To prepare reports related to all phases of the project.
• Documentation of all project related documents
• To document all necessary documents related to the project such as as-builts, warranties, DLP, etc..

Required Criteria:

• Bachelor in mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Projects – Preferably in Mixed Used Development, fit-outs and construction.
• Strong Technical knowledge in Operation and Maintenance of buildings and Infrastructure
