Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the financial performance and profitability of development projects.
• Lead the entire project development cycle, including:
• Feasibility studies and market analysis
• Conceptualization, planning, and design
• Project launch and implementation
• Property management setup and operational readiness
• Final handover to customers
• Direct project teams to meet key milestones on time, within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align development objectives with corporate goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and permitting requirements.
• Serve as the central point of leadership across multiple functional areas, driving communication and accountability.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, proposing strategic solutions where necessary.

Qualifications:

• A graduate of any business related courses. With extensive experience in conceptualizing projects for development/business development, conducting feasibility studies & market research and designing sales & marketing strategies (preferably coming from a real estate industry or construction)
