We are excited to be supporting a successful utility-scale solar and storage developer here in the US. They are seeking a candidate to assist in the development of renewable energy projects across MISO and PJM.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the greenfield development of new projects (GIS, landowner outreach, lease negotiations, site selection, permitting, etc.)
• Application preparation before meeting with internal and external stakeholders, AHJs, third party consultants, cross-functional teams, etc.
• Project financing reporting/presentations, taxes, abatements, market analysis
• Lead environmental permitting, review, and risk to make sure projects are in line with environmental codes and standards
• Other development tasks

Experience Required:

• 2-4+ Years of Experience in Renewable Energy Project Development (large scale solar, wind, BESS)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, GIS, Permitting, Engineering Studies, Compliance, Codes, Real Estate, and Sales Knowledge
• Bachelor's Degree (STEM Preferred)
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Hybrid preferred (Virginia)
