Job Title: Senior Project Controls Analyst (Contract)

Location: North York, ON (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)

Type: Contract – 1 Year (with potential extensions up to 2 additional years)

Hours: 35 hours per week

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Controls Analyst to support cost and schedule performance for a large-scale infrastructure project portfolio. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project controls systems, reporting, and scheduling tools such as PRISM G2 (Contruent) and Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage project cost and schedule data using PRISM G2.
• Develop and maintain detailed, resource-loaded project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Produce and deliver enterprise and project-level variance reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for performance monitoring.
• Ensure accurate reporting and alignment with enterprise-level project control standards.
• Support access management and user assistance in PRISM G2.
• Guide junior team members and oversee training in project control practices.
• Analyze cost and schedule trends to recommend corrective actions when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in project controls, cost analysis, and scheduling.
• Advanced proficiency with PRISM G2 (Contruent) and Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of project controls concepts, including WBS, Code of Accounts, EAC, time-phased forecasting, contingency management, and change control.
• Familiarity with PMBOK and AACE recommended practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience using Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Previous experience supporting the development of project controls procedures and delivering user training.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
