We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Project Architect to lead and oversee the design and execution of complex architectural projects from concept through construction completion. Role Description:

This is a full-time in office role for a Senior Project Architect. The person in this position will be responsible for leading the team through all phases of the design process by organizing, executing, and coordinating multiple projects, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost effective execution of assigned projects.

Essential Duties: 

• Lead and oversee the design and execution of complex architectural projects from concept through construction completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors to bring the schedule, budget, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction. 
• Manage and monitor project team assignments, budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Communicate effectively to build positive relationships with team members, clients, consultants, and contractors
• Collaborate closely with design teams to generate innovative solutions and ensure cohesive design execution.
• Support team members in navigating challenges, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment with the project’s overall vision.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers, fostering their professional growth and technical development.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, along with licensing/registration
• 10+ years of related architectural design experience
• Experience using Revit required.
• Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
• Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
• Ability to manage a team toward the project goal and schedule
• Ability to support the firm’s growth initiatives
