Job Description

ALEA+ is seeking a Senior Architect to lead our Belgrade-based team in delivering exceptional architectural solutions for luxury villas. This role involves:

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of architects, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Design Oversight: Ensure architectural designs meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Review and approve design documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 15 years in architectural design, with a focus on luxury residential projects.
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading architectural teams and managing complex projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software and strong project management skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English is required.
• Education: Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
