Experience working with PC and/or console games Excellent C++ skills Preferably experience working with multiplayer games Experience working with Unreal Engine Have shipped several games Relevant bachelor degree or equivalent experience Very good organizational skills Good communicator Responsibilities Create and own new tools and features to improve in-house team efficiency and usability, which can also be shipped and used by our community/modders Refactor existing tools Work with stakeholders of all disciplines to improve our tools in close collaboration with Tool Designers Assist with technical design and planning tasks Assist with enforcing project code standards Fix bugs and help with optimization efforts Mentor other developers Diversity and Culture We strongly believe in a discrimination-free workplace.
