AI/ML – Senior Programmer Analyst (Exp: 3 to 5 Years) We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual with strong AI/ML expertise as a Senior Programmer Analyst: Python Development & AI/ML Expertise: 3+ years of experience in Python-based application development. Proven expertise in developing AI/ML use cases and solutions. AI Fullstack Development: Strong knowledge in building fullstack AI applications, particularly in back-end, and deployment pipelines. Exposure to design & architecture of AI-based applications. Generative-AI (Python, Langchain, LLM’s, Multimodal LLM’s, LLM finetuning) & Advanced AI Solutions: Expertise in Generative AI tools and frameworks such as Langchain and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Experience in using ML algorithms and developing solutions using them. Programming & Database Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience in working with multiple databases (SQL, NoSQL, etc.). Familiarity with PyTest for unit testing and working with FastAPI/POSTMAN. Software Design & Best Practices: Knowledge of SOLID principles and software design patterns to ensure maintainable and scalable code. Experience with Cloud development and Deployment on Azure, GCP and/or AWS. Project Delivery & Publication: Track record of developing, publishing, and deploying applications successfully. Experience with unit testing to ensure code quality and reliability. Knowledge on Agile based development. The ideal candidate should be a good team player and lead the team & solution. Any technical certification in Python, AI/ML would be an advantage. Should have good oral and written communication. Should be proactive and adaptive.
