Key Responsibilities
Lead and Organize the Program: The Senior Program Manager will lead and organize a critical program in Japan, ensuring all tasks are coordinated and the program is executed successfully. This includes managing sub-projects within the larger program.
Stakeholder and Team Management: The role involves working closely with senior management, business stakeholders, IT leads, and functional leads. The candidate will report directly to the responsible lead.
Project Tracking and Reporting: The candidate will track the progress of the program using tools like Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept up-to-date on the status.
Change Management: The role requires the ability to manage change effectively within the IT team, ensuring smooth transitions in processes or infrastructure changes.
Bilingual Communication: The Senior Program Manager must possess strong communication skills, as the position requires bilingual communication, especially in working with global and Japanese teams.
Program Management in IT Infrastructure: Overseeing IT infrastructure projects, especially related to global IT management and outsourcing, will be a core aspect of the role.
