About the Role
This role will focus on driving strategic initiatives to continuously optimize the state of operations across all areas of the employee life cycle. In addition, this role also supports additional areas of People Operations including but not limited to compliance, technical projects, and vendor management.
What You'll Do
* Lead cross-functional programs that enhance People Operations across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on compliance, operational efficiency, and employee experience
* Own vendor and BPO (business process outsourcing) partnerships, ensuring performance standards are met and continuously improved through clear SLAs, data-driven insights, and proactive relationship management
* Analyze complex operational data and key performance indicators to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and develop action plans that improve business processes and the delivery of HR services
* Lead system campaigns and internal compliance programs - including mandatory trainings, policy acknowledgments, and audits 0 ensuring timely execution, tracking, and stakeholder alignment
* Develop and present business cases to senior leadership by conducting in-depth analyses and translating insights into clear recommendations and strategic initiatives
* Communicate with clarity and influence across teams and levels - ensuring alignment, transparency, and engagement with program goals and outcomes
Basic Qualifications
* 6+ years of professional project or program management experience, specifically aligned with leading strategic initiatives within an organization
* BS/BA degree
Preferred Qualifications
* Ability to develop and maintain strong and successful working relationship with vendors, negotiating contracts as needed, and conducting performance evaluations
* Ability to apply change management principles while driving initiatives and projects by identifying partner needs such as communication, training, and other forms of support to achieve the desired end state
* Ability to identify strategic business opportunities, clearly and succinctly communicate data-driven recommendations to senior management
* Experience with managing and overseeing BPO operations
* Ability to deal with imperfect data and to manage multiple interconnected datasets with simple formulas: V-Lookups, Importranges, IF statements, pivots.
* Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$137,000 per year - USD$152,000 per year.
