Key Responsibilities,
Executive Communications:
Craft clear, concise, and strategic messaging on behalf of leadership for cross-functional updates, strategy briefs, and executive presentations, ensuring alignment and clarity across stakeholders.
Operational Reporting:
Lead the development and delivery of weekly operations reports, program dashboards, and executive summaries that provide actionable insights into program health, performance metrics, and key initiatives.
Follow-through & Accountability:
Drive accountability across teams by tracking action items, ensuring timely follow-ups, and closing the loop on key decisions and deliverables stemming from senior leadership meetings.
Meeting Support:
Own end-to-end meeting logistics for leadership syncs and reviews, including agenda preparation, detailed note-taking, and documentation of decisions, action items, and outcomes to support effective execution.
