Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)
Oversee the development and execution of programs and is accountable for the quality and timely delivery of contractual items under the contract terms and conditions.
Serve as point of contact with client, and performs day-to-day management of contract execution, possibly involving multiple tasks and groups of personnel at multiple locations, on a single project.
Establish and maintain technical and financial reports demonstrating project progress and delegates responsibilities to subordinates and oversee successful contract/task order completion.
Ensure senior level management within the client organization is aware of overall program status, including all relevant projects and their potential impact on higher level organizational strategic vision.
Five (5) years of management experience
Four (4) years as a primary scheduler utilizing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for major projects.
Ten (10) years of total experience related to requirements generation.
Documented experience performing integrated master scheduling (IMS) on multi-mission dollar acquisition efforts.
Experience in the acquisition process and strategic document management.
Experience managing complex teams.
Proficient user of MS Office Suite including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
Proficient in program development and strategic advisory
Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in a relevant or related field (e.g., Master of Project Management or Master of Business Administration)
Professional certification (e.g., CPT, PMP, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt)
