Our client is a multinational company in the power industry.

Job Description

• Create and drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining project plans according to the company's Project Development Lifecycle. Lead and motivate the cross-functional team to deliver the product(s) as per the agreed-to requirements and customer commitments.
• Lead cross functional project meetings and represent project status and plans in customer-facing meetings.
• Create and drive complex development schedules, track and drive closure to issues, action items, risks, and risk mitigation plans.
• Manage NPI project builds in our US and Asian factories.
• Contribute to executive level updates and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Identify and drive process improvements.
• Other duties may be assigned
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in related discipline (e.g., EE, ME, etc.) required.
• 5+ years of engineering and/or Program Manager experience
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams through NPI (New Product Introduction) development using a Product Lifecycle process
• Must be able to work proactively, independently, and confidently in a dynamic engineering environment.
• Must have great communication, organizational and leadership skills with ability to inspire team members.
• Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty.
• Experience in transferring products to Asia factories is a plus.
• Experience with power conversion is a plus.
