Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Program Manager based in Orange, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Program Manager will manage the lifecycle of infrastructure projects, oversee project teams, ensure project goals are met, and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities also include developing project plans, budgets, timelines, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in project lifecycle management, project planning, and budgeting
• Leadership skills including team management and stakeholder coordination
• Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field or PMP certification is a plus
