Oversee multiple, complex, multi-million-dollar IT projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals and executive sponsor expectations.
Define and manage program budgets, operating plans, and resource deployment, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met.
Develop and implement communication and training strategies for project stakeholders and teams.
Build, motivate, and coach high-performing teams, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks; establish evaluation methods to monitor strengths and areas for improvement.
Utilize strong financial acumen, risk management, and change management skills to drive program success.
Apply expertise in integrating large-scale IT solutions across multiple functions, including software, data, and infrastructure projects.
Ensure delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Agile Release Trains) are appropriately selected and executed.
Maintain transparent, timely reporting and communication with stakeholders and executive management.
Mentor and manage diverse technical and business resources, ensuring cohesive teamwork and high performance.
Leverage solid understanding of IT architecture and systems integration to deliver complex enterprise solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction, delivery quality, and team performance objectives are consistently achieved.
