Job Description: Senior Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable technology roadmaps and prioritize program portfolios accordingly.
• Governance & Control: Establish and manage program governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks in line with PMO standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between business sponsors, IT teams, vendors, and executive leadership, ensuring transparent and proactive communication.
• Resource Management: Lead cross-functional teams including project managers, architects, developers, analysts, and external partners. Drive clarity around roles, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Change & Adoption: Oversee change management strategies and ensure operational readiness, user training, and post-implementation support.
• Performance Monitoring: Define and track key metrics (e.g., delivery milestones, stakeholder satisfaction) and continuously improve program execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in a program management or portfolio leadership role.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-scale programs such as ERP modernization, digital platforms (e.g., Appian), cloud migrations, or enterprise data platforms.
• Strong command of Agile, SAFe, and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-vendor ecosystems, offshore teams, and stakeholder landscapes in large organizations.
• Excellent skills in program financials, stakeholder reporting, risk management, and benefits realization.

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent Agile certification
