Job Description
The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering the People & Culture (P&C) organizational design program by working with the P&C and Finance executive and core teams. This role requires a candidate that is highly skilled in the project management practice (PM) and can communicate to executives as well as roll up their sleeves to develop and manage project management level deliverables e.g. detailed project plan, RASCI, program KPI dashboards. Human Resource business process experience and acumen preferred. She/He/They will be strong at building relationships across functions to align strategies and drive execution. This person will be a strategic problem solver with an ability to prioritize multiple and competing priorities while driving a plan through execution.

Skills and Requirements
10-15 years of experience managing progressively complex and challenging programs and/or portfolios
Demonstrated success managing large, complex programs or portfolios $20+ mm
Demonstrated success managing large, cross functional teams in a very dynamic and fast paced environment
Human Resource business process experience and acumen preferred null
