Responsibilities:

• Architect a scalable data infrastructure in AWS for large-scale data workloads and real-time analytics.
• Implement real-time data streaming and processing for immediate marketplace insights.
• Develop advanced models for supporting and improving marketplace dynamics.
• Create dynamic dashboards and visualizations using tools like PowerBI for business intelligence.
• Establish robust data governance frameworks ensuring quality, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead data-driven experimentation through A/B testing to refine marketplace features.
• Foster a data-driven culture across the organization, integrating data insights into various functions.
• Ensure data accessibility and democratization within the organization.
• Stay updated with emerging data engineering and analytics technologies and trends.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on data platforms and operations.
• Proven expertise in AWS data architecture and a range of data and analytics tools like Snowflake, PowerBI etc.
• Experience with the full development life cycle of an application or reporting solution - from design through test and deployment.Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in data governance processes in a data warehousing, ETL, and business intelligence environment.
• 6+ years’ experience in media; digital Investment, analytics, or ad operations is preferred.
• Demonstrates strong eye/attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail-oriented.
• Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage and prioritize competing projects and deliverables.
