We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager who can lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. You’ll work closely with leadership, engineering, product, operations, and other stakeholders to align goals, streamline execution, and ensure that large-scale programs deliver on time and with impact.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving unstructured problems, and brings both structure and adaptability to the table.

Key Responsibilities

• Define program objectives, scope, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business goals.
• Drive the execution of large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify dependencies, manage risks, and resolve blockers.
• Set up governance models, tracking systems, and regular check-ins to maintain transparency.
• Communicate clearly and frequently with leadership and team members on progress, pivots, and outcomes.
• Own post-program reviews and continuously improve delivery frameworks and playbooks.
• Mentor junior program/project managers and contribute to scaling the PMO function.

What You Bring

• 8–12 years of experience in program management, preferably in tech, product-led, or enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong project management fundamentals—timelines, resource planning, risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting.
• High attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Experience with program management tools like Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.

Nice to Have

• PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or hypergrowth environments.
• Exposure to scaling programs across global or distributed teams.
