REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, engineering or related field; a minimum of five years of experience working in partnership management, client relations, operations, or project management; proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management software and tools, and Kuali Coeus; and experience with budgeting, financial tracking, and reporting; robust project management skills; excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; a proven track record in managing complex programs or initiatives; and ability to think strategically, solve problems proactively, and manage stakeholder expectations to achieve the overall success of the consortium. SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER, School of Engineering, for the Hood Pediatric Innovation Hub will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of a high-profile, interdisciplinary Pediatric Innovation Program, working directly with the Executive Director and faculty co-lead; serving as the key point of contact for Innovation stakeholders, Network members and innovators, ensuring the successful execution of activities that align with the Hub's goals and objectives; managing Network relations; supporting faculty and industry partnerships; organizing key events, symposia and workshops; overseeing the administration of grant programs; contributing to the strategic development of the hub's long-term goals and collaborating with the faculty co-lead and the Executive Director to track progress, evaluate outcomes, and ensure that the Hub's activities align with academic and research priorities.
