Role Name: Senior Product Marketing Manager


  • About the Role: We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Product Marketing & Demand Generation Lead to drive growth and awareness for our Famous product. You will play a pivotal role in creating and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, leveraging compelling content and data-driven outreach to accelerate lead generation, particularly targeting enterprise clients. This role combines strategic product marketing insight with hands-on growth tactics, ideal for someone who thrives in bridging creative storytelling with analytical growth hacking.


What You'll Do:


Strategic Growth and Demand Generation:

  • Develop and implement full-funnel demand generation strategies aligned with revenue goals.
  • Execute outbound marketing strategies, including cold email, LinkedIn outreach, account-based marketing (ABM), and multichannel campaigns.
  • Build and manage targeted lead lists using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Hunter, Lusha, etc.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on analytics to improve lead quality, pipeline velocity, and conversions.


Product Marketing and Content Development:

  • Craft clear, persuasive messaging that highlights our product's unique value, tailored specifically for enterprise audiences.
  • Lead content creation initiatives, including blogs, case studies, landing pages, whitepapers, ebooks, and sales collateral to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment of messaging, product positioning, and customer experience.


Analytics, Optimization, and Revenue Impact:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline growth, lead conversion, and overall marketing ROI.
  • Leverage insights and data from platforms such as HubSpot and other CRM/marketing automation tools to inform strategy and execution.
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks across messaging, content, and user experiences to maximize impact and revenue outcomes.


Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as a key liaison between product, sales, content, and operations teams, ensuring cohesive execution of go-to-market activities.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and co-marketing opportunities to expand reach and accelerate market penetration.


What You Bring:

  • 4–7 years of proven experience in product marketing, demand generation, or B2B SaaS growth roles.
  • Demonstrable expertise in developing and executing successful outbound campaigns using platforms like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Hunter, and similar tools.
  • Exceptional content marketing skills with experience in creating high-quality blogs, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM and analytics platforms (HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and strategic communication abilities.
  • A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation.


Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in early-stage startups or roles involving building growth and marketing functions from scratch.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven personalization and marketing automation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
