Department Overview
As part of the AI & Data Division, we are dedicated to developing our analytics tool, a powerful analytics platform that supports data-driven decision-making. We contribute to business growth by securely integrating diverse data such as user behavior, purchase history, and location information with rich statistical data assets, enabling advanced analysis. Furthermore, as a product development department, we are responsible for the integrated development of everything from data collection to data pipeline construction and the analytics UI.
We are the Product Design team for the analytics tool a data analytics platform driving the business growth of our clients. Through product planning, we lead innovative product initiatives and strategic roadmap development, enabling our clients to deeply understand user behavior and achieve data-driven product improvements.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to strategically lead our event data collection and analysis module essential for service improvement, with the goal of enhancing user experience and enabling advanced analytics. This role requires balancing innovative data collection methods with strict adherence to data privacy regulations.
Position Details
- Develop Product Vision & Strategy Responsible for defining the long-term vision for our product with analytics data collection capabilities, and creating/updating the roadmap to reflect user insights and market trends. Additionally, responsible for planning and proposing innovative features based on AI/Data technologies and industry trends.
- Lead Requirements & Functional Design Drive improvements in automated data collection, custom event capture, user attribute retrieval, session management, and efficient data transmission. Collaborate with engineers and analysts to create detailed specifications.
- Performance Monitoring & Improvement Monitor KPIs (e.g., usage, data collection accuracy, transmission efficiency) and implement data-driven improvements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with in-house developers, the data engineering team, and customer service to enhance overall development processes.
- Backlog Prioritization Set priorities based on business value, technical feasibility, customer needs, and development cost to ensure efficient progress.
- Incident Management Respond promptly and transparently to product-related incidents, coordinating with stakeholders to maintain reliability.

Mandatory Qualifications
- Product Management Experience
- 7+ years of product management experience in one or more of the following areas: SDKs, libraries, mobile/web applications. Proven track record of driving product growth through growth strategies, KPI setting, A/B testing, and other methods is highly valued.
- Experience in product management across the entire product lifecycle (strategy, requirements definition, development, release, and improvement). Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and make priority-based decisions through effective communication.
- Technical Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of web analytics, data collection, and related technologies (e.g., communication protocols, cookies), with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to improve services and analyze user behavior.
- Strong understanding of attribution models and the ability to apply them to solve business challenges.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams (development, business, analytics) to achieve common goals.
