About the Role:

The Senior Product Manager will oversee a portfolio of spatial genomics products, including recently acquired cutting-edge technologies. This role requires deep technical expertise in next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows and spatial genomics, along with hands-on product management experience in a life sciences company.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead product lifecycle management, from launch to marketing strategy

✅ Develop and execute tactical marketing plans to drive sales growth

✅ Partner with R&D, sales, and marketing to optimize product positioning

✅ Create sales enablement materials (presentations, testimonials, battle cards)

✅ Gather and integrate Voice of Customer (VoC) insights to refine messaging

✅ Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional collaboration

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Ph.D. or M.S. in biological sciences or related field

🔹 6+ years of Product Management experience, including spatial genomics

🔹 Strong technical knowledge of NGS workflows & molecular biology

🔹 Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive commercial success

🔹 Excellent communication & presentation skills
