Our client is seeking a Product Manager to support the Application Development. The ideal candidate will have a strong retail background.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 10+ years experience in Product Owner/ Product Manager role within software development or application engineering teams.
• Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with strong knowledge of agile practices and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Experience using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for backlog management and sprint planning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Product Manager (CPM), or Project Management Professional (PMP).
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Product Owner/Product Manager for one or more product engineering teams, overseeing the development and enhancement of multiple projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and strategic objectives.
• Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring that project goals, deliverables, and timelines are clearly communicated to cross-functional teams.
• Lead the creation of detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items.
• Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements, provide feedback, and prioritize work to maximize value.
• Continuously review and refine the product backlog to align with changing business needs and priorities.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies.
