Key Responsibilities:

You will shape the future of our core product suite – the VEACT Automotive Suite – by combining UI/UX leadership, platform thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. You will act as functional leader in our Incubator Squad. Your work will directly influence how users experience our solutions and how our teams deliver innovation at scale.

• Own and evolve the product strategy for the VEACT Automotive Suite
• Drive UI/UX vision and establish scalable design systems across teams
• Lead cross-functional teams (NextGen, Incubator) with clear focus and structure
• Run discovery workshops and gather customer feedback
• Translate data-driven insights into high-impact product initiatives
• Grow the Incubator Squad (PO + future engineers)
• Drive innovation with active participation in our Hackathons
• Initiate and scale innovation topics, including PoCs and partner integration

Who you are and what you bring:

• Strong background in B2B SaaS Product Management
• Proven experience in UI/UX-centered product development
• Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and agile product processes
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on delivery skills
• Technical fluency and a platform-oriented way of thinking
• Passion for automotive and big data analytics
• Curiosity, growth mindset, and openness to new approaches
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive
• Fluent in English and German (both C1)
