In your day-to-day, you’ll be responsible to drive Lemonade’s automation efforts to the next level, to allow us to reach infinite scale. Our efforts are focused on automating all of the touch points we have with our customers— including handling their claims, replying to their questions to customer support, and reviewing risk factors. By doing so, we optimize our operational efficiency and drive delightful customer experience.
