The DMG Money Team is an integral and crucial part of realizing that vision. Our mission is to ensure the experience of contracting, paying, and being paid is as simple and seamless as possible. As a Project Manager on the DMG Money Platform team, youÕll be responsible for helping shape this experience, thus directly impacting business growth. DMGÕs invoicing and Payments Platform orchestrates the movement of money between all users of our marketplace (customers and partners), processing orders at scale. Being business critical function behind offering any service on the marketplace, itÕs essential to ensure the platform is reliable enough to handle the scale of our operations while versatile and flexible enough to handle the various use cases we offer through our different lines of business. What You'll Do: * Drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of the product. * Identify product opportunities by developing a deep understanding of user problems, technology solutions and the companyÕs capabilities. * Participate in product planning across multiple product teams. * Evaluate potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective. * Create epics, themes, and user stories to define product requirements. * Actively collaborate with design and engineering throughout the product lifecycle Ð from design through delivery. * Work effectively across product teams to deliver cohesive end-to-end user experiences. * Create and execute product go-to-market plans. What You Need: * BachelorÕs degree. * 5+ years in product management or 3+ years of relevant experience with an MBA. * Proven track record of successful product delivery, even in the face of obstacles. * Demonstrated ability to engage and influence people and teams at every level in the organization. * Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals. * Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions. * Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment. * Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
