Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Owner at Catalyst Systems. The Product Owner will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to product management, business analysis, and communication. This role is located in Cairo, Egypt, with the possibility of some remote work.

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer impact.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, design, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure alignment between product development and business goals.
• Continuously gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• +5 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
• Experience in healthcare field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with product lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Analytical Skills and Business Analysis
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience in the digital solutions industry is a plus
