We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to help lead and manage the development, implementation, and ongoing success of our PLM solutions from vision to execution. This person will play a critical role in defining a product roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance while ensuring alignment with organizational and company goals. * The ideal candidate brings deep experience in enterprise software or SaaS, particularly in Product Lifecycle Management or adjacent domains (ERP, CRM, ALM, MES) Key Responsibilities * Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive and compelling product roadmap for Aras Innovator-based solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Candidates must have proven experience with defining business models, GTM, and collaboration with finance and executive leadership to define and refine pricing models, licensing structures, and bundling strategies based on market, customer, and competitor research. * Product Development: Drive product lifecycle from ideation to launch and support, using Agile methodologies. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business value in coordination with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. * Stakeholder Engagement: Gather and analyze customer input to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Conduct product demos, training sessions, and user interviews to drive adoption and gather insights. Act as the subject matter expert for Aras Innovator/PLM core functionality, advising on best practices and new feature development. * Technical Expertise: Work closely with product teams to understand technical constraints, provide guidance on relevant design patterns, and identify proven approaches to help ensure feasible solutions are delivered and maintainable. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
