We are seeking a candidate for a full time role in Raleigh, NC. The role will sit onsite on 4 days a week. For candidates not local to the area, relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with the long-term goals, values, and mission.
• Through extensive market research, build and manage a robust innovation pipeline, and eventually oversee the development of new products, services, or processes through various stages from concept to launch.
• Actively monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities for innovation and disruption.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience as a Product Manager
• Experience in conducting market research (market trends, customer segmentation, competitive landscape, etc.).
• Experience in building business cases to justify investment in new growth opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Experience working with railroads
• SaaS Product Management experience
